Company in Mich. oil spill offers to buy homes

A packed gym of concerned citizens listen to officials from the EPA, U.S. Fish and Wildlife,and other agencies at a news conference at Marshall High School in Marshall, Mich., on Monday.The company whose pipeline ruptured and dumped hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil into a southern Michigan waterway said it has offered to buy the 200 homes in the affected area.

Senate Dems delay vote on oil spill, energy bill
