Our mission is to enable solar energy generation at a Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) competitive with traditional fossil fuel sources. Our product is an innovative, low-cost, high efficiency concentrator photovoltaic panel for use in large scale commercial, industrial and utility applications.

This is a critical administrative support role based in our Headquarters at Mountain View, CA. We are looking for a capable all-rounder to directly support the VP of Sales & Marketing and the department. You will be managing customer proposals and presentations in support of the VP of Sales & Marketing. This position requires an individual with strong organizational and communication skills with a proven track record in completing projects on schedule. Direct and manage office activities as well as heavy phone and calendar management. Manage the purchase orders and processing for the Sales & Marketing organization. Participate as a valued member of the Central Administration Support Team (CAST) and support initiatives as required. This is a right hand support for the extremely busy VP, and additional support to the Sales & Marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive closure on multiple projects for the VP.
Prepare Customer Proposals and presentations for VP of Sales & Staff.
Plan, schedule, organize and coordinate meetings; including Quote/Proposal coordination.
Manage heavy calendar, and provide 1st level interface with customers and external partners on incoming calls and email.
Plan and coordinate special internal/external functions.
Manage domestic and international travel, expenses and other supporting areas for dept.
Support department staff in areas of their direct dependencies with the VP.
Ad hoc responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications

Must have strong MS Office skills, Advanced PowerPoint & Word skills are required and good excel experience.
3-5 years of experience
Previous Executive Management support experience desired.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Previous experience in Sales environment preferable, including process development.,br> Prior Sales organization experience advantageous.
